To ensure consistent performance and security, Referral Exchange imposes standard limits on request payload sizes:

| ---------------------- | -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Standard API Endpoints | 5 MB                 | Applies to most endpoints including referral creation and listing        |
| File Upload Endpoints  | 50 MB                | Applies to attachments or supporting documents sent via upload endpoints |

Requests exceeding these limits will return a 413 Request Entity Too Large error.
